Responsible for operational audit and risk management of the Group. Poh Lian first joined the organisation in 1988 as a Finance Executive of subsidiary Formis Computer Services and the following year was promoted to Finance & Administration Manager. In 1994, she was involved in a management buy-out of the company and was appointed to its Board the same year. She subsequently served as Executive Director of Formis (Malaysia) Berhad from 2000 and was later appointed as Corporate VP Operations for the Group. She holds a BA (Hons) in Finance with Accounting from the University of East London.
