The Federal Court of Malaysia, in collaboration with Formis Network Services Sdn Bhd, held a comprehensive kick-off workshop to mark the commencement of the extended maintenance phase for the e-Kehakiman system, covering the years 2022 to 2025.

The event began with welcoming remarks from the Deputy Chief Registrar and the Director of Operations at Formis Network Services, setting the tone for a strategic partnership aimed at sustaining and enhancing digital judicial services. The workshop agenda included a detailed presentation of the project scope, introduction of key company personnel, and open discussions on operational matters.

Participants reviewed the full scope of services to be delivered, including application and hardware maintenance, software updates, license renewals, helpdesk and on-site technical support, system testing, and documentation.
