Since 2011, the e-Courts system has transformed Malaysia’s judiciary through the introduction of electronic case management, online hearings, and paperless processes. Phase 3 will build on this foundation by further strengthening access to justice, ensuring faster and more efficient court services, and leveraging the latest technological advancements.
“The implementation of eKF3 will ensure that the Malaysian judiciary continues to deliver justice that is timely, transparent, and accessible to all,” said Datuk Zamri bin Misman.
“This project represents a significant milestone in our partnership with the courts, and we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience,” added Hj. Megat Mohamed Najib of FNS.
